As part of the panel discussion: "Digital Sovereignty: Patriotism or Isolation?" at the IV Forum on Digital Diplomacy, V. Kozyulin and A.Martirosyan took part as speakers.

V. Kozyulin — Chief Researcher of the Center for Global Studies and International Relations of the ICIS of the Diplomatic Academy — presented a report titled "Consequences for the national security of Russia due to the intervention of digital technologies in the human biosphere".

A. Martirosyan — Researcher at the ICIS of the Diplomatic Academy, head of the School of International Information Security — made a presentation "Paradigms of the Internet development in the context of modern realities."

The Forum was held from 12 to 15 December in Samara in a hybrid format. This year the key theme was "Patriotism in the Digital Environment". Maria Zakharova, Director of the Department of Information and Press of the Russian MFA, is traditionally a permanent participant of the Forum. She addressed the participants in a video format, highlighting the relevance of the Forum's themes.

For the fourth time the Forum has been gathering young professionals on its site for a broad discussion of digital diplomacy issues. The scientific and educational program is intended for students, undergraduates, graduate students and young professionals in the field of international relations, representatives of public organizations, young scientists and journalists from the regions of Russia, CIS countries, Europe and Asia.
