Vice-Rector for Research and Scientific Work of the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Russia O.Karpovich took part in a meeting of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

During the meeting the requirements for members of dissertation councils were discussed, the issues of categorizing Russian journals were considered, and the requirements for the conditions of publication activity for applicants for scientific degrees were approved.
